Chamelio Secures 26 Million USD in Series A Funding Round

Chamelio, an AI native platform designed for in house legal teams, has successfully raised 26 million USD in a Series A funding round led by Entrée Capital. The round also saw participation from existing investors Work Bench and Emerge Ventures, alongside Bright Pixel Capital.
Founded in 2024, Chamelio plans to utilise the new capital to enhance its proprietary legal action model, expand its legal engineering and product teams, and invest in onboarding technology.
The platform allows legal teams to delegate the tedious manual tasks associated with contract review to autonomous agents. This innovation is intended to establish a new model for in house legal departments that includes both lawyers and AI agents.
Alex Zilberman, CEO and co founder of Chamelio, remarked on the common misconception in legal AI that the future will merely involve faster contract fact checking by today’s lawyers. He emphasised that AI's true potential in legal contexts is realised when it can make intuitive decisions based on the unique corporate intelligence of each business.
Zilberman stated that Chamelio aims to enable in house legal departments to produce watertight contracts and outputs at the speed of AI, while still ensuring that these outputs are validated by legal professionals.
Eran Bielski, General Partner at Entrée Capital, highlighted the strengths of Chamelio’s product and the impressive ability of the founders to execute quickly, learn from customer feedback, and adapt that feedback into a product with significant potential.
Chamelio’s platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with various customer relationship management systems, including Salesforce, as well as tools such as Slack, NetSuite, and procurement systems.
