Legora Acquires Wexler Expanding Litigation Technology Portfolio

Legora has announced the acquisition of Wexler, a fact intelligence platform focused on litigation. This acquisition marks Legora's fifth merger and acquisition deal in 2023.


Wexler was established in January 2023 by Gregory Mostyn and Kush Madlani. Since its inception, the company has expanded to a team of 18 professionals and has developed a substantial client base across Europe and the United States. Wexler has reported an impressive eightfold growth in revenue year on year, alongside a net revenue retention rate exceeding 400%.


Max Junestrand, CEO and Co Founder of Legora, stated that as agentic systems increasingly take on litigation tasks, the volume of fact queries is expected to grow significantly. He emphasised that Wexler provides the necessary infrastructure to manage this anticipated scale.


Gregory Mostyn, CEO and Co Founder of Wexler, expressed enthusiasm about joining Legora, highlighting the opportunity to continue supporting expert litigators and investigators engaged in complex cases, as well as in house teams aiming to pre emptively address these cases.


In related news, Legal Innovators will host two major conferences this November in New York and London. Legal Innovators UK will take place on 4 and 5 November, followed by Legal Innovators New York on 17 and 18 November.


These conferences will feature discussions on the latest advancements in legal technology, building on the success of previous events that included notable speakers from leading organisations in the field.
